Journal
Welcome
to my journal for the new year. 2006 is shaping up to be a
big year. after a big of a down period, I have found a new ambition as you might have noticed. If you are a regular visitor to my site, you'll notice quite a few changes around here. I stated this website almost 5 years ago and not much had changed. I had grown tired and sick of looking at the same stuff, so I can imaging how you the visitor must have felt. Now I have a new lease on the site and I'm looking to make some big changes and additions.
I have kept journals in the past and they have been invaluable
to me. They keep me motivated, driven and always striving to progress as the
months go by. They hold me accountable to me and only to me, and that is the
way I want it. If I w rite that I may do an extra cardio session this week, then
chances are that I will be doing an extra cardio session this week.
In 2004 I entered a semi-professional football league, The Ironman Football League. My journal will document all that I do to prepare for the upcoming season. As a Defensive End, I racked up 13 sacks in 11 games! That is a tough act to follow, so My training has to be turned up a notch or two. I will be also writing more articles that focus around athletics in the new future which will make their debut in the member's area.
However, because of
the time and effort involved in keeping this journal on top
of the main site, this journal won't just be open to the
general public! Only those in the 'EXCLUSIVE Club
Overload' will have access to the journal. And that
is well worth the minimal monthly fee.
You will get to see
everything unfold as it happens. When I come across breaking
research, you are the first to hear it. When I change my training
and diet based on new research, you are the first to hear it.
New pictures of training, eating, posing all here for you.
You will get to see the ugly side of Training when times
get low and you just feel like quitting. Trust me, you aren't
the only one that feels like that! You get it all. From motivational
thoughts, to nutrition, supplementation, training, contest
preparation, research all of my training routines, EVERYTHING!
