Welcome

An RSS Feed is nothing more than an XML file. Various applications can read these complex looking files and filter the information accordingly. In most cases it is used as a Web Log, or a "Blog". An easily updateable file that notifies users of updates and happeneings around a particular site. If you don't have an application to read RSS Feeds, here are the steps to take.

  1. Download Macromedia's Central Platform
  2. Open up the Blog Reader Application that comes with it.
  3. go to The Entries Tab
  4. Click the preferences button
  5. Click the Add category button
  6. Create a new category of your choice (eg. Fitness).
  7. Click on the add Feed button and enter in http://www.muscleoverload.com/cluboverload.xml
  8. select your new category and click save!
